Our organic faisselle is a fresh cheese made of organic, pasteurized full fat milk. Its name comes from the French word faisselle, designating the sieve in which the faisselle is put to drain. All production steps are manual, from the moulding with a ladle to the closing of the pots. You can use our faisselle both in your sweet and savoury dishes or simply enjoy it with some honey, jam or a fruit coulis.
