Candy Cane Crémant Sorbet

Candy Cane Sorbet crémant rosé brut Poll-Fabaire

Ingredients

1 bottle Poll-Fabaire Crémant de Luxembourg
2 candy canes
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1-2 tsp milk
1-2 sprigs of rosemary

Recipe steps

Place one candy cane in a plastic bag and crush it with a rolling pin. Pour it into a shallow bowl.

Mix powdered sugar with a few drops of milk to get a thick mixture. Run the rim of a champagne glass through the powdered sugar mixture and then through the crushed candy cane.

Place one big scoop of Crémant Sorbet into the glass. Pour the Crémant over the sorbet. Garnish with a spring of rosemary and one candy cane.
