Faisselle dip with roasted tomatoes

Let the BBQ season begin!

Ingredients

200g red and yellow cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 pinch of coarse salt
1 tsp dried oregano
  Fresh herbs (rosemary, basil, oregano, thyme)
  Zest of one organic lemon
1/2 baguette

Recipe steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Mince the garlic.

Place the cherry tomatoes and garlic in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with olive oil. Add the oregano, a pinch of sea salt and some fresh rosemary.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Stir the faisselle and spread it in a bowl. Arrange the cherry tomatoes with their oil, fresh herbs, and lemon zest on top.

Serve with toasted baguette slices.
