Known as one of the monuments of Luxembourg gastronomy, Kachkéis is produced in a traditional

way, without melting salts, colourings or preservatives. This authentic cheese comes in different

forms. Indeed, it is possible to enjoy it cold, hot, cooked or even accompanied with a piece of bread

with a dab of mustard.
