TERMS OF USE

Every web surfer (hereinafter called “the User”) who uses the present site is deemed to have accepted the present terms of use when he accesses the website (the “site”). He undertakes to comply with the regulations in force in the country from which he connects to the site.

 

Liability:

The informations and data shown on the site are provided for information purposes only and are likely to be amended at any time by the Publisher, who cannot be held liable for their accuracy, nor for them being complete and up to date when the User consults the site.

It is up to the User to find out about the terms of use of the site, of which only the online version is deemed to be applicable.

The Publisher keeps the right to suspend the site if he considers it necessary. He declines any liability in the event that the User reuses the information published by the present site or in the event of suspension or malfunction of the site for whatever reason.

Personal data:

In accordance with the regulations in force, in particular the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and to the free movement of such data and the Act of 1 August 2018 on the organisation of the National Data Protection Commission and the general data protection framework, the gathering and processing of personal data observes the following principles:

  • Keeping in a form permitting identification of the data subjects for a period no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they are being processed;
  • Processing in a manner that ensures the appropriate security of the personal data.

The personal data that are likely to be gathered on the present site and which may only be gathered with the User’s consent, except in the case of Google Analytics, are the following: first name, surname, postal and/or email address, telephone number.

These data are required only if the User makes a reservation, subscribes to the newsletter or uses the contact form in order to send a comment or question and they will not be used for purposes other than those for which these data were required (reservation management, reply to a request for contact, subscription to the newsletter).

 

 User’s rights:

The User has a right to access the personal data concerning him, to have them corrected, to refuse their processing or to restrict it, to their portability and their deletion (right to be forgotten).

Data Protection Officer:

the Data Protection Officer referred here above is responsible for the processing of the personal data gathered.

He undertakes:

  • Not to transmit them to third parties without the User being informed in advance and to respect the purposes for which the data have been gathered;
  • To notify the User by any means at his disposal if the integrity, confidentiality or security of his personal data is compromised.

 

Intellectual property:

All the content of the present site including, but not limited to, the graphics, images, text, videos, animations, audio, logos, gifs and icons as well as their formats are the exclusive property of the Publisher, apart from the brands, logos and content belonging to other partner companies or authors.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication, even in part, of these various elements is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the Publisher.

Failure to observe this prohibition constitutes counterfeiting which may lead to civil or criminal liability of the counterfeiter. Moreover, the owners of the copied content make take legal action against him.

The reference language for the settlement of any disputes is French.
