Banana Oat Pancakes

Fluffy oat pancakes, indulgent and naturally good.

Ingrédients

60 g flour (type 45)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
200 g banana
110 g oats

Recipe steps

Blend the oats in a blender until a fi ne powder forms.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, fl our, baking powder, and salt.

Blend the banana with the oat drink and melted butter.

Pour the mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Gently stir with a fork until the fl our is just incorporated (don’t overmix the batter). The batter should be thick and a few lumps are fi ne.

Heat a pancake griddle or a non-stick pan over medium heat. Scoop a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it slightly into a circular shape.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges are set and dry, then fl ip. Cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side until golden brown.
