An unchanged recipe since 1932

Unlike industrial butter, the cream is left maturing after being pasteurised by adding carefully

selected lactic acid bacteria. That’s when the unique taste of our butter develops. Finely churned in a

traditional process, the cream becomes smooth to obtain its final appearance: “Beurre Rose” butter.
