Cottage Cheese Bread baked with 5 ingredients

Prep time: 15 minutes • Baking time: 60-70 minutes

Ingrédients

200g rolled oats
4 eggs
1 tbs baking powder
1 ts salt
2 tbs olive oil (optional)

Recipe steps

Place the cottage cheese, rolled oats, eggs, baking powder, salt and olive oil into the blender or food processor.

Blend until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the bread mixture into the prepared pan (lined with baking paper).

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake for 60 - 70 minutes, depending on your oven. If the top starts getting too dark, cover it with loosely with a foil for the last 15 minutes.

Let the loaf cool for at least 15 minutes in the pan. Take it out of the pan and place it on a cooling rack. Cool it completely before cutting to serve.

In case of a larger pan size, simply ad 50% of all ingredients.
