Cottage Cheese Ice Cream
A creamy and protein rich ice cream

In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, honey, almond butter, and vanilla extract.
Mix with an immersion blender until smooth.
Chop the chocolate and crush the biscuits. Add them to the bowl with the cottage cheese mixture. Sprinkle in some sea salt if desired.
Transfer the mixture back to the cottage cheese container and close with the plastic lid.
Freeze until solid.
Take the cottage cheese ice cream out of the freezer 30 minutes before serving and use an ice cream scoop that you run under hot water to scoop the ice cream.
Serve with a biscuit and some more chocolate.
