Homemade Crunchy Granola with Raïb

A healthy and comforting treat, perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack.

Ingredients

200g rolled oats
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp hazelnut paste
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
4 tbsp honey
60g chopped Brazil nuts and hazelnuts
2 tbsp chia seeds

Recipe steps

Prepare the granola: In a large bowl, mix oats, sesame seeds, chopped nuts, hazelnut paste, melted coconut oil, and 2 tbsp honey until well coated. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20 minutes. Let cool completely before breaking into chunks.

In a bowl, mix the Luxlait Raïb with the remaining honey and chia seeds. Let sit for a few minutes to allow the seeds to swell slightly.

Divide the Raïb into bowls or glasses. Generously top with crunchy granola. Serve immediately to enjoy the texture contrast.

Add some fresh fruits (blueberries, banana, raspberries, figs…) for a more complete and vitamin-rich version.
