Mango Daiquiri
For all rum, cocktail and sorbet lovers!
Ingredients
1/2
ripe mango
1
handful of ice cubes
45ml
of white rum
1/4
of a lime
Recipe steps

Peel and cut the mango into pieces and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Add the frozen mango, ice cubes, sorbet, white rum and a splash of lime juice to a blender.

Blend until creamy.

Serve in a coupe glass with a lime wedge.
