Your new dessert obsession

Creamy, yummy and full of protein, you're gonna make it again and again!

Ingredients

2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp salted caramel
40 g dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
  peanuts
  flaky sea salt

Recipe steps

Mix the Skyr and peanut butter in a bowl.

Add the salted caramel layer.

Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil and pour on top. Spread evenly.

Add the toppings (peanuts and flaky sea salt) and leave in the fridge overnight (or freeze for 20 minutes).
