A refreshing snack that the whole family will love!

Prep time: 20 minutes - Freezer: 2h

Ingredients

300g Berries, frozen or fresh (raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries)
150g dark chocolate
1 tsp of oil (coconut or vegetable)
  Flaky sea salt
1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Recipe steps

Mix yogurt and berries in a bowl. Optionally for a sweeter taste, add honey or maple syrup.

Line a tray with baking paper. Spoon the mixture into clusters. Freeze for two hours until solid.

Melt the chocolate with a little bit of oil over a double boiler. Dip the clouds into melted chocolate. Top with flaky sea salt. Leave in the fridge for 10 minutes.
