Luxembourg speciality

Luxlait Brach is made from pasteurised whole milk to which lactic ferments have been added. Historically, it was used

in Luxembourg cooking in times of famine, particularly as an accompaniment to the famous “Gequellte Gromper”

(baked potato). Brach is timeless and has remained an essential product in Luxembourg households.
