Baked not fried!

Prep time: 30 min - Marinating time: 1 hour

Ingredients

3 large thin turkey fillets
200g cornflakes
  Salt and pepper
  Garlic powder
  Smoked paprika
  Herbs and spices

Recipe steps

Place the turkey fillet in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika.

Coat with Greek yoghurt on all sides.

Repeat with all remaining fillets.

Cover the bowl with cling foil and place it in the fridge for about 1 hour.

Put the cornflakes into a ziplock and crush with a rolling pin. Add herbs and spices into the crushed cornflakes (salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, thyme, chicken mix, or any another spices you prefer)!

Transfer to a shallow dish.

Press each piece of marinated turkey into the crumb mixture, making sure it’s evenly coated all over. Then place on the baking sheet.

Put the baking pan into a preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes on 200°C.

Serve warm or at room temperature with yogurt dip.
