This date and pistachio smoothie combines sweetness and creaminess while providing the energy needed to sustain you throughout the day!

Serves 1 • Prep time : 10 minutes

Ingredients

3 to 4 dates
1 banana
2 tbsp pistachio paste
4 ice cubes
2 tbsp pistachio powder

Recipe steps

Soak the dates in a little milk for 30 minutes to soften them.

Decorate the glass: Dip the rim of the glass in pistachio paste, then in pistachio powder. Lightly spread some pistachio paste inside the glass for extra indulgence.

In a blender, add the drained dates, banana, 1 tbsp pistachio paste, and Luxlait raïb milk. Add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the smoothie into the decorated glass.

Optional: Add a dollop of whipped cream and a pinch of pistachio powder for extra indulgence.

For those with a sweet tooth, feel free to add a little honey to the blender before mixing.
