Ingredients

2 sheets puff pastry
140 g ground almonds
100 g caster sugar
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 bean

Recipe steps

Place one sheet of puff pastry in a pie tin, prick the pastry with a fork

In a bowl, mix the ground almonds, sugar, 2 eggs and softened Luxlait Rose Butter

Place the resulting dough in the pie tin and hide the bean in it

Cover with the 2nd sheet of puff pastry, sealing the edges well

Trace patterns on the lid and brush with the egg yolk

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 200°C (gas mark 6-7); check the baking process regularly!
