Ice lollies for the whole family

Makes 4 lollies • Prep: 20 minutes + overnight freezing

  sprinkles, to decorate

Recipe steps

1

Using a 4-hole ice cream mold, stick a knife in the middle of one hole so that it creates a barrier. Put a few spoonfuls of cherry yoghurt on one side of the knife, then put a few spoonfuls of mango yoghurt on the other side. Fill up the entire mold, then pull out the knife.

2

Continue with the remaining 3 holes, keeping 1 pot of cherry yoghurt aside for the next day. Place 4 wooden lolly sticks into the yoghurt, then freeze overnight.

3

The next day, take the frozen yoghurt lollies out of the freezer and put under a running tap to loosen the lollies. Unmould each yoghurt lolly and dip the top into the remaining cherry yoghurt, then dip into some sprinkles.

4

Put on a small tray lined with baking paper and repeat with the remaining lollies. Refreeze the lollies for at least half an hour before serving.
