Shake it up for Luxembourg! Celebrate the National Day, with these festive lactose-free red, white and blue frappés.

Tipsy Strawberry

200g frozen strawberries
4 tsp strawberry jam
2 tbsp Cointreau

Recipe steps

Add the milk, frozen strawberries, jam and Cointreau to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately in a tall, chilled glass.

Sweet & Salty

60g white chocolate, grated
60g raw cashews
30ml salted caramel syrup

Freeze 250 ml milk in an ice cube tray for at least 4 hours.

When the ice cubes are ready, heat the remaining 250 ml milk to a simmer and pour over the grated chocolate. Let sit for 3 minutes, then stir until smooth. Add the cashews, set aside for 5 minutes to cool.

Blend the ice cubes, chocolate and cashews in a high-speed blender until smooth.

Squeeze the salted caramel syrup around the inside of a tall, chilled glass. Add the frappé and serve immediately.

Blueberry Flower Power

125g frozen blueberries
2 tsp tsp blueberry jam
1 tsp violet syrup
1 tsp blue spirulina

Add the milk, blueberries, jam, violet syrup and spirulina to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately in a tall, chilled glass.
