Peanut Butter Bites

Prep time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

75g pure peanut butter (made of 100% unsalted peanuts)
1,5 tbs. tablespoon honey
1/2 tsp. teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
50g blended oats
50g rolled oats
50g unsweetened corn flakes
20g milk chocolate

Recipe steps

In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, Greek-style yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt.

Blend the oats and finely chop the chocolate with a knife.

Add the blended oats, rolled oats, unsweetened corn flakes, and chocolate to the bowl. Stir with a spatula until everything is well-incorporated.

Roll about 1 heaped teaspoon of mixture into a ball. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.

Place the peanut butter bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
