Tiramisu overnight oats

Prepare the perfect breakfast treat

Makes 2 servings • Prep time: 5 minutes + 12h overnight resting

Ingredients

120 g thin rolled oats
120 ml freshly brewed coffee
2 drops almond extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Recipe steps

Add the oats, milk, coffee, almond extract and maple syrup to a lidded container.

Mix with a spoon until combined. Close airtightly.

Place in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 6 hours).

The next day, add the yogurt to the oats mixture and stir.

Sprinkle with cocoa or build your breakfast in a glass by alternating layers of overnight oats, cocoa and yogurt.
