A whole lot of fruit for the whole family

Makes 8 popsicles • Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1/4 seedless watermelon
200g strawberries
125g raspberries
2 kiwis
1/2 lime
2 tsp maple syrup or honey

Recipe steps

Wash the strawberries and raspberries. Cut the watermelon into small cubes.

Add the strawberry yoghurt, watermelon cubes, strawberries, and raspberries to a blender and blend until smooth.

Fill the popsicle molds up to ¾ full with the strawberry mixture.

Add a thin layer of Greek yoghurt on top.

Peel the kiwis. Add them to a blender with the lime juice and sweetener of choice. Blend shortly to avoid crushing the kiwi seeds too much. Optionally run the mixture through a sieve to remove the kiwi seeds.

Fill the rest of the popsicle molds with the kiwi mixture and add your popsicle sticks.

Freeze until solid.
