As explained in our historical rubric, Luxlait was created in the year 1894. For more than a century, we have successfully managed to combine the permanent technical development of our production processes with the preservation of our products’ natural features.

Indeed, Luxlait’s main objective has always been to satisfy its customers, offering them natural dairy products of very high quality. Therefore all our products are guaranteed to be free of preservatives. Producing high quality dairy products necessarily implies the use of excellent raw materials.

Thus, Luxlait only uses milk from healthy herds, collected and transported according to optimal hygienic conditions and originating exclusively from local stockbreeders.

The national laboratory analyses the raw milk delivered by our suppliers and strictly checks the respect of hygiene standards emitted by the European Commission.

The laboratory of Luxlait controls the complete manufacturing progress of all our products. For each production stage, Luxlait applies two main principles:

  • traceability makes it possible to trace every product we make through the entire manufacturing process and the application of the HACCP principles secures our quality insurance.
  • Moreover, the National Health Laboratory rigorously inspects our finished products.

These controls, associated to manufacturing methods that combine traditional spirit and modern technologies enable Luxlait to guarantee customers that its products are healthy, natural and genuinely tasty.
