A hearty salad for all cheeseburger lovers
Ingredients:
4 slices
of brioche bread (or 2 hamburger buns)
500g ground pork-beef mix
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Romaine lettuce
1 red onion
2 large tomatoes
4 large pickles

Heat a large pan with half of the butter. Toast the brioche slices until golden brown. Remove from the pan and cut into pieces.

Melt the remaining butter. Sauté the garlic with the meat, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Meanwhile, wash and chop the lettuce. Dice the red onion, tomatoes, and pickles into small cubes.
For the sauce:

tablespoons mayonnaise (option: replace half with yogurt)
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard
3 tbsp pickle juice, more to taste
Salt, pepper

Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard with the pickle juice, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
