Iced Blueberry Lavender Latte

Step up your iced coffee game

Ingredients

2 tbsp dried lavender blossoms
1 handful of blueberries
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp boiling water
  Ice cubes

Recipe steps

Steep the milk with the lavender blossoms and blueberries in a saucepan over low heat for 10 minutes with a lid on. Mash the blueberries with a spoon or a fork to release their purple color or blend everything for 15 seconds.

Strain the milk through a fine-mesh sieve.

Add the instant coffee powder, sugar and warm water to a bowl. Whisk until it lightens and forms a thick coffee cream.

Whip the heavy cream (optional).

Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the blueberry lavender milk on top. Add the whipped cream, then the coffee cream and give it a good stir.
